Diagnostic

This is an initiative taken few years back by Paramount Hospital to offer our facilities and services to patients. With dedicated contact numbers, prior appointments are booked with our phlebotomist. We do all kinds of sample collection for laboratory testing, both routine and specialised, at no extra cost. Procedures (Cathetrization/ injections/ dressing etc.), ECG are also available in this service.

Round the clock pathology services are offered by our expert lab. technicians and pathologist. In case of emergency, procedures are done on priority basis and reports are immediately informed to the referring consultants. Our lab. is ISO certified lab and we follow all ISO guidelines to maintain quality of the test. The test are done on computerised machines which are also ISO certified and calibrated regularly as per the quality control norms.

a. X-Ray Department

This is the core unit of the diagnostic department. We have round the clock digital x-ray facilities.
The unit is equipped with:

• 400mA digital x-ray machine from GE
• 60mA portable x-ray machine from Allengers, for patients who can not be mobilised and intra operative x-rays.

b. Ultra Sonography

The machine is from GE, the services offered are:

• Routine visceral sonographies
• Routine ante-natal obstetric sonographies
• Congenital anomaly scans
• Colour doppler for obstetrics
• Sonography of Thyroid, Breast scrotum
• 2-D Echo
